Prepare the olive paste first: simply pit and mash the olives well, or process them in an electric chopper
Cover the bread with this paste
The bell pepper should be roasted, skin and seeds removed, and cut into strips
Place them on top of the paste, finishing the decoration with small pieces of anchovy or sardines.
