Trim the chicken ends
Cut the rest of the thigh into 2 pieces
Season the melted butter with salt, pepper, and BBQ sauce
Mix together the breadcrumbs and Parmesan cheese
Coat the chicken in the seasoned butter and then the breadcrumb mixture
Place in a baking dish and bake at 200°C for 30 minutes preheated
Serve warm.
