Add the ground beef and cook until all liquid has been absorbed
Season with salt and black pepper and remove from heat
Add the chopped parsley, hard-boiled egg, and olives
2 Let it cool and fill the pastry dough
Cut into half-moon shapes using a cookie cutter and press the edges to seal
Fry in hot vegetable oil
Drain on paper towels and serve immediately.
