In a pot, heat the olive oil and butter until the chicken is browned
Add the onion, garlic, cumin, and red pepper flakes
Cook until the onion is translucent
Add the rice, boiling water, chicken broth, and potato
Mix well and cook on low for 10 minutes
Add the peas and bell peppers
Cover the pot and let it finish cooking
