Put the olive oil, meat, onion, rosemary, and oregano in a pan, cover it, and bring it to a simmer
Let it cook for about 15 minutes or until the onion is translucent
Add the tomatoes and let them simmer on low heat until they form a creamy sauce
Season with salt and cook some more
When the meat is tender, add the tomato paste or puree, let it come to a boil, then turn off the heat
Cook the pasta according to the manufacturer's instructions
Drain the pasta and serve hot with the sauce, topped with grated cheese and, if desired, with parsley or thyme.
