In a pan, combine all the ingredients and cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, for about 5 minutes or until the sauce is slightly thickened. Reserve
Tomato sauce
Blend all the ingredients in a blender until smooth. Reserve
Preheat the oven to medium temperature
Assembly
Spread one-third of the tomato sauce at the bottom of the refrigerator
Cover with half the lasagna, then spread another third of the tomato sauce, and cover with half the ham, sprinkle with one-third of the mozzarella cheese, and finally spread one-third of the white sauce
Repeat the sequence of layers starting from the lasagna, sprinkling with mozzarella cheese at the end
Cover with aluminum foil
Bake for about 30 minutes or until the mass is tender.
