In a bowl, quickly mix all the ingredients until they form a smooth batter
Fill 2/3 of eight 7cm diameter muffin tin molds with the mixture, greased with butter
Place in a very hot oven (200°C), preheated, for 8 minutes or until the muffins start to brown around the edges
Do not let them burn on top
Remove from the oven, let cool and demold
Serve with butter, honey, or your preferred ice cream
