Preheat the oven to high temperature and grease the molds with butter
In a bowl, combine all ingredients and mix quickly
Pour the batter into the molds until they are two-thirds full
Bake for 8 minutes or until the muffin tops start to brown
Remove from the oven and, when warm, unmold and serve.
