1 Preheat the oven to 400°F
In a bowl, cream together the butter or margarine with the sugar until smooth
Add the egg and mix until light and fluffy
2 Sift together the flour and yeast, then add to the mixture, alternating with milk
Mix well
3 Spread evenly into greased 6-inch muffin tin
Bake for 20 minutes or until golden brown.
