Mixture
In a bowl, combine the flour and make a hole in the center
Add the butter, yeast, honey, water, and mix until a ball forms
Heat the oven to high temperature
Transfer the mixture to a lightly floured surface and knead until smooth and even
With a rolling pin, roll out the dough and place it in the prepared baking sheet
Bake for 20 minutes or until lightly golden brown
Remove from the oven and let cool
Covering
In a processor, mix together the figs, raisins, lime juice, and water until smooth
If using a blender, cut the figs into pieces and blend in batches
Assembly
Cover the dough with the fig mixture and smooth with a spatula
Cut into 2 x 3 cm rectangles and decorate each piece with sliced almonds
To serve, drizzle with honey.
