2 medium bananas, sliced into rings

In a saucepan, cook the banana slices in water with sugar for ten minutes
Add cinnamon and reserve
Cover the dough with the banana filling and bake in a conventional oven at medium temperature (180°C) for 15 minutes or in a wood-fired oven for three minutes until the banana becomes tender and loses its shape
In a refrigerator, heat the Nutella in the microwave on high power for ten seconds or until it melts
Drizzle with the sauce and serve
