For the cookie

Make the cookie: mix well the pecans with the egg and sugar
Gradually, remove 1/2 tablespoon of the dough and place it in a greased baking dish
Leave space between the mounds
Bake in a moderate oven (180°C), preheated, until the bottom of the cookies are golden brown
Remove from the oven and pan with the help of a spatula
Let cool and fill half of the cookies with damson jelly
Cover with the remaining cookies
Make the glaze: mix the ingredients to form a white glaze and drizzle over the cookies forming designs
