Pastry Dough
1 large package of grated coconut
3 tablespoons of butter or margarine

2 cans of condensed milk
2/3 cup of lemon juice
1 can of fruit salad
cherries to garnish
1/2 cup of chopped chestnuts

1 large package of grated coconut
3 tablespoons of butter or margarine

1/2 cup of chopped chestnuts
For the pastry: grease a 22 cm round mold with the 3 tablespoons of butter or margarine, spreading it evenly on the bottom and sides
Press the grated coconut onto the greased mold
Bake in a moderate oven for 15 to 20 minutes, or until the coconut is golden brown
Mix together the condensed milk and lemon juice, stirring well
Add this mixture to the pastry along with the drained fruit salad and chestnuts
Chill in the refrigerator until firm
Garnish with some cherries.
