Beat all ingredients in a blender; grease a mold
Pour the liquid batter and place it over low heat, simmering for about 30 minutes
Let it cool
For the plum sauce
Soak the plums in water and rum for about 15 minutes
Place it over low heat to cook and reduce the liquid
Remove from heat, add gelatin and let it cool down
Unmold the pudding and place the plum sauce on top
If preferred, make individual portions.
