Grease a 20 cm diameter round cake pan with butter and reserve
In a stand mixer, beat the egg whites until stiff peaks form (about 5 minutes)
Add the sugar gradually, beating well to combine
Place some of the beaten eggs in the prepared cake pan and spread evenly with a spatula
Pour the remaining eggs over the top and microwave on medium power for 1 minute or until firm
Remove and let it cool down
Unmold and refrigerate for about 20 minutes
Prepare the chocolate sauce: place the chocolate and milk in a small bowl and microwave on medium power for 2 minutes or until melted
Remove and stir well
Add the rum and mix well
Let it cool slightly, then pour over the pudding and serve
