Add softened butter or margarine and whisk until combined
A little at a time, add milk and whisk for 2 minutes
Add passionfruit pulp and eggs
Whisk for another 2 minutes
Pour batter into 2 ungreased 9-inch pie dishes
Bake in a moderate oven (350°F) for about 30 minutes or until lightly browned
Let cool, then remove from pans
Frost with glace: combine sugar and concentrated passionfruit juice in a saucepan
Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until sugar dissolves
Whisk egg whites until stiff peaks form, adding hot glace to the eggs gradually while whisking
Continue whisking until mixture cools and forms peaks, using immediately
