Grind the almonds with 200 g of sugar
Add the remaining ingredients except for sugar and mix well
Heat the remaining sugar over low heat with 3/4 cup of water
Mix until it reaches a thread consistency
Combine the previous mixture
Line mini tart molds with a thin layer of puff pastry
Fill with the almond mixture
Let cool
Dust with confectioner's sugar and bake in a moderate oven.
