4 tablespoons cold unsalted butter, cut into small pieces
1/2 cup unsalted butter, at room temperature

1 cup heavy cream, without serum

Streusel Topping
1 cup all-purpose flour
2 tablespoons ground cinnamon
1/2 cup finely chopped walnuts
4 tablespoons cold unsalted butter, cut into small pieces
Streusel Topping: combine the brown sugar, cinnamon, and walnuts in a bowl
Mix until well combined with the butter, forming a streusel topping. Reserve
Beat the butter with the flour
Add the eggs and beat until smooth
À part, sift together the flour, baking soda, and yeast
Fold in the dry ingredients into the butter mixture, alternating with the heavy cream mixed with lime juice
Pour half of the batter into a greased and floured pan
Sprinkle half of the streusel topping and pour the remaining batter
Top with the remaining streusel topping and bake in a medium preheated oven.
