To make the cake, beat the butter or vegetable fat, then gradually add the sugar while beating continuously
Combine the wheat flour, cinnamon, and yeast
Add to the mixture alternately with orange juice
Finally, add the whites in snow, raisins, and nuts
Place in a greased mold
For the glaze, mix all ingredients and heat in a bain-marie until everything is melted completely
Beat slightly and spread over the baked cake
Serve cold.
