250g of chopped nuts

Mix the yolks with the coconut, sugar, and warm it over low heat to thicken well
Add the nuts and keep it warm, stirring until it reaches a point where it can be rolled
Wait for it to cool down very well
Beat the egg whites until stiff and add the sugar gradually, beating until it forms firm whispers
Shape the mixture into balls with chopped nuts, dip them in the whisper filling and bake in a lined baking sheet
Wait for it to slightly brown and remove from the oven.
