Cook the sweet potatoes, peel and pass through a sieve
Mix with the sugar and put over low heat, stirring until well mixed
Add the coconut milk, and let cook on low heat, stirring to prevent burning at the bottom, until the bottom of the pan appears
Add the vanilla and chocolate
Let cook for another 3 minutes and remove from heat
Place in a flat dish
