Place the scented sweet rice in a bowl
Add the sifted wheat flour gradually and mix delicately with a wooden spoon
Shape the dough into balls using greased hands
Arrange them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake in a medium oven until firm
Remove from the oven and immediately dust with cinnamon
Serve warm or cold.
