1/2 cup dark rum

The procedure for this batter is the same as the basic one, except that you'll add 1 cup of all-purpose flour when mixing the wet and dry ingredients to get a thicker batter
Let it rise in a protected area for 1 hour and then add the butter
Mix until well incorporated
Add the chocolate chips and mix until they're evenly distributed
(This batter will be slightly heavy and sticky.) Place it in a 20 cm diameter mold, smooth out the surface, and let it rise for 1 1/2 hours in a protected area
To bake, follow the basic recipe instructions
For the glaze: In a pan, combine sugar, water, and coconut milk
Bring to a boil, stirring until dissolved, and simmer for 10 minutes
Remove from heat, add dark rum, and pour over the cake so that it's fully saturated
Let it sit for 10 hours.
