In a blender, combine the condensed milk, grated cheese, and eggs
Blend until smooth
Add the shredded coconut and yeast; mix well
Butter or grease mini muffin tin cups
Fill each cup about 3/4 full with the mixture
Place the cups in the preheated oven and bake for 12-15 minutes, or until golden brown.
