Mix the butter and sugar together very well, add the egg yolk and continue mixing, add the lemon juice and flour
Mix very well
Spread the mixture into a greased 9x9-inch baking dish, leaving it quite thin
Brush with lightly beaten egg white
Dust with hazelnuts or pecans
Bake in a slow oven for 20 to 30 minutes
Cutter into squares or strips while still warm
