1 Preheat the oven to 180°C
Beat in a blender milk, sugar, eggs, butter, and coconut
2 Distribute the pineapple chunks evenly in an ungreased baking dish and top with passion fruit pulp
Pour the coconut mixture over the pineapple and smooth with a knife
3 Bake until golden brown
Serve warm or at room temperature.
