1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour, sifted
1/2 teaspoon salt
3/4 cup unsalted butter or margarine, melted
2/3 cup granulated sugar
2 large eggs
3/4 cup milk
2 bars of dark chocolate, melted
2 cups chopped nuts
2 egg whites, beaten until stiff
1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour, sifted
1/2 teaspoon salt
3/4 cup unsalted butter or margarine, melted
2/3 cup granulated sugar
2 large eggs
3/4 cup milk
2 bars of dark chocolate, melted
2 cups chopped nuts
2 egg whites, beaten until stiff
Sift together the flour and salt and set aside
Beat the butter or margarine and add the sugar gradually, beating until light
Beat until smooth
Add the eggs one at a time and mix well
Alternate adding the milk with the flour, beginning and ending with the flour
Carefully fold in the melted chocolate, nuts, and egg whites
Cook in a waffle iron for 5 minutes
Serve with vanilla ice cream or whipped cream with chocolate sauce
