Mix all ingredients together and knead rapidly until a homogeneous dough forms
Roll out with a pasta roller to a thickness of 0.5 cm on a smooth, floured surface
Cut into biscotti shapes using a cookie cutter and place in greased baking dish
Bake in a moderate oven (180°C) preheated for 10 minutes or until lightly golden
Let cool completely in the same baking dish, dust with powdered sugar and store in an airtight container
