Topping:
5 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
6 tablespoons granulated sugar
2 tablespoons butter, softened
1 cup milk

Beat all the ingredients in a blender until smooth
Gradually add the flour and beat just until bubbles form
Grease the pan and bake at high heat
Topping:
Heat the topping ingredients over low heat to thicken
Drizzle over the cake.
