Melt 1 cup of sugar in a pan and grease the bottom and sides of a mold with the caramel obtained
Set aside
Ferment the milk with coffee, vanilla, and salt
Set aside
Beat the eggs with egg whites and add the remaining sugar
Beat well and gradually add the hot coffee and milk without stopping to beat, to the mixture
Pour into the reserved mold and bake in a medium preheated oven in a water bath
Remove from heat and let cool
Unmold and serve.
