1 In a blender, blend the cookie until it forms a flour-like consistency
Put it in a bowl and mix it with the avocado chocolate spread to form a rich dough
2 Coat the bottom and sides of the molds with the dough
Press it well and, if necessary, moisten your fingers with water to make the dough stick well to the mold
3 Use a spoon to beat the ice cream until it's slightly softened
Fill the molds completely with the ice cream and give it a little stir to remove any air bubbles
Place it in the freezer to harden.
