In a pot, combine the pineapple, water, and sugar
Let it cook for 10 minutes
Turn off the heat and let it cool down
Strain the pineapple, dissolve the unflavored gelatin in the remaining liquid, and mix in the pineapple cubes
Place in a wet refrigerator with water and refrigerate until firm

In a blender, blend together the ricotta cheese, sugar, milk, and cream of milk
Mix in the prepared unflavored gelatin according to the package instructions
Pour over the pineapple gelatin
