In a bowl, combine the heavy cream, dark chocolate, and let it melt in a double boiler. Reserve

In a saucepan, mix the mixed berries, cornstarch, and cook over medium heat for 15 minutes or until the mixture thickens. Reserve

Use scissors to make a small cut at the bottom of the cone
