3 peeled and cubed apples
3 oranges, peeled and segmented
3 bananas, sliced
3 halves of passionfruit in syrup, cubed
10 champagne cookies (approximately, depending on the size of the serving)

1 cup heavy whipping cream, whipped to a chantilly
pistachio or almond slivers

pistachio or almond slivers
In a beautiful glass bowl that can be taken to the table, place the champagne cookies soaked in Madeira wine at the bottom
To prevent them from slipping, add a little strawberry jelly between the cookies
Mix the chopped fruit and place it on top of the cookies
Cover with vanilla cream
Finally, add a layer of whipped chantilly cream
Garnish with pistachio or almond slivers
Vanilla cream:
Heat the milk in a water bath
Mix the cornstarch and flour
Add the eggs and mix well
Combine the milk and mix well
Bring to a simmer, stirring constantly until it thickens
Cool quickly by placing over a bowl of cold water
Strain through a sieve and combine with vanilla.
