The "Scones" are small, yeasted bakes made with active dry yeast instead of beer yeast
They can be sweet, but even in that case the sugar content is relatively low
Pour the flour onto a surface, make a hole in the center, and place the butter, yeast, and salt into little balls
Mix with cold milk to obtain a common, soft dough consistency
Roll it out to a thickness of about one finger's width and cut it into 5cm diameter disks
Gather up any scraps and cut new disks
You should end up with around twenty
Arrange them on a baking sheet and bake in a hot oven for ten to fifteen minutes.
