Cut the eggs in half lengthwise
Remove the yolks and mix with mustard, salt, and Worcestershire sauce, mixing well
Fill the egg whites again
Cut the eggs into thin slices and arrange on top of 3 slices of bread
Cover the egg slices with a slice of cheese and another slice of bread
Cut in half and garnish with arugula and pickles.
