Pastry Dough:
250g vegetable shortening, 500g all-purpose flour
100ml guava puree
Filling:
800g ground beef or chicken
2 cans of peas
2 medium onions, chopped
1 clove garlic, minced
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 pinch paprika
4 diced tomatoes
1 egg
Green herbs and olives to taste
Pastry Dough:

Pastry Dough:
Combine all ingredients in a bowl and knead until the dough is smooth
Filling:
Sauté the garlic in olive oil, then add the onion and beef or chicken
Add the remaining ingredients except for the egg, and let it cook for 15 minutes
When cooled, distribute the pastry dough into small tart molds, fill with the filling mixture, cover with more dough, and top with a beaten egg
Place on a baking sheet and bake until golden brown.
