Mix the eggs, milk, and green onion
Season with salt and black pepper
Fry a skillet with butter and pour in the mixture
Fry at medium heat until the omelette sets and browns on the side in contact with the skillet. Reserve
Filling
Cut each half of shrimp into three equal parts and mix with olive oil, green onion, cayenne pepper, and salt
Season with salt and black pepper
Put into a pan
Add butter and garlic
Fry at medium heat, stirring occasionally until the garlic browns slightly
Add cream cheese and heavy cream, mix and cook until melted
Place the filling in half of the omelette
Fold the smaller part over the filling and roll with care to close the omelette
Serve.
