1/2 pound of shrimp, peeled and deveined

3 tablespoons of active dry yeast

Choose large shrimp
Pour boiling water into a pot
Add salt, black pepper, rosemary, lime juice, and shrimp
Cook slowly for 5 minutes
Remove from heat
Let the broth cool
Chill the shrimp. Reserve
In a separate bowl, combine flour, 1/2 tablespoon of salt, and yeast
Add well-beaten egg and milk
Mix in chilled shrimp
Mix well
Place oil in a pot
Heat until hot
Pour the mixture into hot oil and fry for 3 minutes or until golden
Drain on paper towels
Serve hot with tartar sauce
