2 boxes of Camembert cheese

100g of whole salami
salt and pepper to taste

Cut each half of the Camembert cheese in half (the box contains two wrapped halves separately)
Remove the cheese from the center and leave only the rind
Dice the green pepper and salami into small pieces
Season to taste with salt, pepper, olive oil, vinegar, and add the removed cheese
Fill the rinds.
