1 cup of rice
2 tablespoons of olive oil
1 clove of garlic
1/2 cup of beef broth
3 cups of boiling water
3/4 cup of ground beef
1 diced tomato
1 grated onion
1 pinch of parsley
50g of mozzarella cheese, sliced
1 tablespoon of grated Parmesan cheese
Salt, basil, and chopped scallions to taste
1 cup of rice

Heat half the olive oil in a pan
Brown the garlic and sauté the rice
Add the beef broth, water, and salt
Cook until the rice is tender
Set aside
Sear the ground beef in the remaining oil
Add the diced tomato, grated onion, parsley, and scallions
Season with salt
Cook for 10 minutes
In a greased baking dish, layer the rice, ground beef, and mozzarella cheese
Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and bake in a hot oven for 10 minutes.
