Mix the rice with the eggs and flour until well combined

Grease a baking dish and line the bottom and sides with the rice mixture

Press down firmly

Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 20 minutes and reserve

Heat the butter and sauté the onion

Add the ground beef and cook until browned

Season with salt and pepper to taste

Add the tomato sauce and cabbage and cook until creamy
