Dough:
1 packet of biological yeast (15 g)
3 cups of all-purpose flour, sifted
1 tablespoon of sugar
1 cup of milk
100 g of butter
1/2 teaspoon of salt.
Filling:
300 g of mozzarella cheese, sliced
400 g of mortadela ham, sliced
Combine the yeast with the flour, add the sugar, milk, butter, and salt
Work the dough until it's smooth and pliable
Cover and let it rest for 30 minutes
Divide it into two equal parts
On a clean and floured surface, roll each part out into two rectangles of 50 cm by 30 cm and 0.5 cm thick
Separate the filling into two equal parts and place it on top of the dough
Roll them up like a roulade
Place them in a greased baking dish
In each one, make a cut in the middle, lengthwise, without separating the parts completely
Leave about 4 cm at one end without cutting
Roll them up and tie the ends together
Cover and let it rest for another 30 minutes
Put it in a preheated oven at 200°C and bake for approximately 35 minutes or until golden brown.
