6 slices of Italian flatbread
2 fresh calabresa peppers
Olive oil to taste

Mince the garlic and spread it on the bread slices
Arrange the bread in a baking dish and bake in a medium oven until golden brown
Meanwhile, peel and chop the peppers
Sauté them in a little olive oil and set aside
In the same pan, cook the onion until translucent and slightly caramelized
Remove the bread from the oven and top each slice with some of the pepper mixture
Cover with sliced onions and serve immediately.
