1/2 kg of chicken liver

6 tablespoons of softened butter

Fry the chicken livers in 2 tablespoons of butter for 5 minutes, until they are tender
Add the onion, 2 tablespoons of brandy, thyme, and oregano
Cook until the onion is soft
Blend in small portions each time
Beat the butter until it's creamy
Gradually add the liver mixture and beat well
Add the remaining tablespoon of brandy and season to taste with salt and black pepper
Refrigerate at the hour of serving
Serve 2 times.
