Preheat the oven
Pan-fry the pork meat until slightly browned
Combine with remaining ingredients, adding sufficient liquid to bind the mixture
Season to taste
Place the mixture into 6-8 empanada molds greased and bake in a moderate oven for about 45 minutes
Unmold and serve hot or cold.
