How to make the dough:
Mix the ingredients well, but don't overwork the dough
Divide into two parts and, with one, line a medium-sized baking dish
Place the filling on top and cover with the remaining dough opened
Brush with a beaten egg and a little water
Bake in a hot oven for 25 to 30 minutes
How to make the filling:
Beat the eggs, add Parmesan cheese, Minas cheese cut into strips, and desmanschada linguiça
Mix everything and place on top of the calzone dough.
