1/2 tablespoon of wasabi (root) paste in soy sauce
1/2 tablespoon of water
3/4 cup of mayonnaise
500g of tuna fillet cut into 2cm pieces
1 tablespoon of lemon juice
2 tablespoons of salt
Black pepper to taste
2 tablespoons of olive oil

In a bowl, dissolve the wasabi in water to obtain a paste
Add the mayonnaise and mix well
Set aside

Season the tuna with lemon juice, salt, and black pepper
In a non-stick skillet, heat the olive oil over high heat
Add the tuna pieces and cook until they're lightly browned on all sides, leaving the center slightly pink
Remove from heat and skewer the fish onto wooden skewers
Serve with the wasabi mayonnaise
