Scoop the yogurt into a soup bowl
Mix the flour, salt, and pepper in another bowl
Pass the chicken breasts through the yogurt and then the wheat flour
Remove the excess and let it rest for a bit to dry
Pour about 4 cm of oil into a large pan or frying pan
Heat and add the chicken breasts in sufficient numbers so they can be laid side by side without touching
Fry until well browned on one side, about 5 minutes
Flip the chicken breasts, lower the heat, cover, and fry until well browned on the other side, for another 4 minutes
Drain well and repeat with the remaining chicken breasts
Serve in portions of 12
