1 chicken of about 1.5 to 2 kg

4 tomatoes
1 cup water
2 tablespoons olive oil

2 slices of bacon, chopped

chopped parsley and chives to taste

Cut the chicken into pieces and season with salt, bell peppers, lime juice, red pepper, garlic, and onion
Let it rest for about 2 hours
In a pot, combine the tomatoes, water, and a pinch of salt, cover, and let it simmer for about 10 minutes before opening the boil
Blend the tomatoes with the water in a blender. Reserve
In another pot, combine the olive oil, butter, bacon, and cumin
Heat it up and fry the chicken pieces slowly, turning them occasionally until they're golden brown
Then, add the cooked chicken to the blended tomato mixture and let it cook through
Finally, add chopped parsley and chives.
